I like to walk the property and point out what a seller can do to impress buyers with very little or no monetary investment on their part. Little maintenance issues that can be fixed, or there might be something that needs a good cleaning can make all the difference in making a great first impression.
Fresh paint is always a good choice, only if you plan on using a neutral color palette. I do not always recommend painting bedrooms, only the main living areas or any rooms that may show wear and tear or scuffs and scratches.
